My experience spans enterprise architecture, software engineering, cloud and data platforms, infrastructure, data privacy, operational resilience, and applied AI. That breadth helps me see how decisions in one area affect the rest of the technology environment and, more importantly, the business it supports.
At Bloomin’ Brands, a global restaurant company with more than $4 billion in annual revenue and 1,400 locations across 12 countries, I led global teams and a broad enterprise technology portfolio. I focused on making technology more efficient and resilient, improving our ability to execute, and building capabilities that helped the business operate more effectively.

I believe people do their best work when they understand what we're trying to accomplish, know what's expected of them, and have the trust and information they need to make decisions.
When leading through significant change, I start by creating clarity around the outcome and making sure the work stays connected to what matters to the business. That means understanding the economics and tradeoffs behind our decisions, creating transparency and accountability around the work, and giving people the context and room to lead. I stay engaged, ask questions, challenge assumptions, and step in when needed, while giving people the opportunity to make decisions, take ownership, and grow as leaders.
